Who is responsible

YourHotelWeb is responsible for the data collected on this website. Contact: info@yourhotelweb.com.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, hotel, website, email, phone, city, country, type of property, number of rooms, preferred date and message.

If you use the free website audit: our server visits the homepage of the website you give us, once, and we keep the result of that check together with your request.

How you reached us: the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (UTM) if the link had them. We store this in a first-party cookie for 30 days so we know which channel a request came from.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare the website preview, audit or demo you asked for, send you a proposal and follow up on it. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in running our sales process.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who processes it for us

Hosting and infrastructure providers that store or transmit the data on our behalf (website hosting, database and transactional email). They act under contract and only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

While the conversation with you is open and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@yourhotelweb.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Analytics

We may measure visits in aggregate to understand which pages work. If we add tools that require consent, we will ask for it first.
